Review site timesheets
Office, Approver, Admin and Owner roles can open Site Timesheets. Select the week in the dashboard and choose a site from Current Site.
Each worker has a row showing daily check-in, checkout and hours, followed by the week’s totals, deductions and effective hours. Review the rounding information alongside deductions when checking the final total.
Inspect an entry
Section titled “Inspect an entry”Click an underlined cell to see the individual shifts behind it. A day with more than one shift can be combined into a single entry and assigned to the site with the longest shift that day. Its breakdown may include Driving Time.
Markers identify combined or adjusted entries. Use the cell details to see which times and sites contributed to the day, especially when a worker moved between sites.
Deal with missing records
Section titled “Deal with missing records”A missing checkout produces a warning. Use the missing-checkout action in the table, or open Create Adjustment, to submit the actual departure time. The additional checkout flow accepts past days only.
For a missing whole shift, submit Create Shift. For the wrong site, submit Reassign Site. Table actions depend on your access.
Turn on Show pending adjustments to see requests awaiting a decision. Pending entries are there for review and do not count as approved corrections.
Before preparing payroll
Section titled “Before preparing payroll”Review missing checkout warnings and the individual shifts behind combined entries. Approve any valid corrections, then move to Approve for Payroll.
The Week in progress message means attendance is still being recorded for the selected week. Earlier weeks can also change when corrections are approved; they do not become locked simply because Sunday has passed.
