What you need

Open Clockwork in your web browser. You can use a phone, tablet or computer. You do not need to install an app.

On site

You need an internet connection and a phone that can open the link in a QR code. Your company must have added you as a worker before you can find your name in the worker check-in list.

A location QR code asks for access to your phone’s location. Allow this when prompted. A van QR code uses the vehicle tracker to find nearby sites. A site QR code opens its assigned site directly.

If you cannot use a phone or get a connection, speak to the site manager. They can record your attendance.

In the dashboard

Sign in with the email address on your worker record and your password. Your four-digit PIN is used for site check-in and checkout.

A larger screen makes wide timesheet tables easier to read. Excel exports need an application that can open Excel workbooks. Calendar subscriptions need a calendar app that accepts a subscription link.

If a page will not work

Check your connection, reload the page and follow any error shown. For an expired check-in page, scan the QR code again. If your name or company is wrong, ask the person who manages your account to check your worker record.
