Admins and Owners use Edit User in User Management. You can edit workers below your own role and choose a role below your own. The form does not let an Owner appoint another Owner.

If an action is unavailable, check the selected company and ask an Admin or Owner to review your access. Receiving a notification does not grant permission to carry out its task.

Authorised system administrators may also have support access, which is separate from these company roles.
