Use GPSLive with Clockwork

Clockwork uses GPSLive vehicle tracker information for van QR codes, attendance comparisons and restricted vehicle movement alerts. These features need a working tracker available to your company.

Check in using a van

A Van QR code looks up the vehicle’s reported position and offers nearby company sites. It uses the van’s location; a Location QR code uses the phone’s location.

Both flows need the site’s location to be saved correctly. Ask your manager to check it if the expected site is missing.

Review vehicle information

Use Vehicle Management to associate a vehicle with a tracker and primary driver. Admins and Owners can use Van Location Check to compare a check-in or checkout with vehicle history.

Movement alerts can notify the driver and subscribed staff when a tracked vehicle classed as Do not use moves far enough from its recorded reference position.

Timesheet entries labelled Driving Time come from gaps in attendance records. They are calculated separately from GPSLive vehicle history.
