Choose and print QR codes

Open QR Codes to generate a code. Site Managers and higher roles can use this page. Choose the tab that matches how people will check in.

Tab How it chooses a site Where to use it
Site Opens one assigned site without checking the phone’s location. A sign at that site’s entrance or office.
Location Uses the phone’s location to offer nearby company sites. A company code used at different sites.
Van Uses the selected van’s tracker location to offer nearby sites. A code kept in that vehicle.
  1. Open QR Codes.
  2. In Site or Van, find the site or vehicle. For Location, use the company’s single location code.
  3. Select Generate QR code.
  4. On the page that opens, choose Print the page below for the sign, or Or just download the QR code for a PNG image.
  5. Scan the code to check the site or vehicle details before putting it into use.

For a Location code, select Find nearby sites and allow location access. Choose the correct site from the list and select Go!.

A Van code offers sites near the vehicle’s reported position. Choose the site where you are working and select Go!.

Both flows look for sites within 100 metres of the relevant location. Sites need a saved location to appear. Your phone’s position and a vehicle tracker’s reported position can be inaccurate, so check the site name before continuing.

If the correct site is missing, ask your manager to check the saved site location or vehicle tracker. They can record attendance through User Management while the issue is resolved.

See Site Management to set a location and Vehicle Management to link a tracker.
