Set or change your PIN
Your Site Access PIN is four digits. It identifies you when you check in or out after selecting your name.
Set your first PIN
Section titled “Set your first PIN”Choose your PIN during account setup. If you first use a site QR code without having a PIN, the check-in page asks you to create one. Enter four digits and select Set PIN & Check In.
Change a forgotten PIN
Section titled “Change a forgotten PIN”- Sign in to the dashboard with your email and password.
- Open Settings.
- Find Site Access PIN and enter your new four-digit PIN.
- Select Save PIN.
Use the new PIN on your next check-in or checkout. If you cannot sign in, use the password recovery option on the login page. Speak to your site manager if you need attendance recorded while you recover access.
Keep your PIN private and check that you selected your own name before entering it.
